This was a night pass with partly clear conditions.

Black areas are clouds.
This pass does not cover the west coast. Nevada is on the
edge of the pass and does not show much detail. The Wyoming grass
and brush fires are not visible even though the clouds have moved
out of that area. Utah shows very little activity.
Southern Idaho
The fire in southern Idaho is still apparent. The fire areas
have moved from the
channel 3 view from last night. The small towns of
Carey, Arco, and Aberdeen are labeled on the Hot Spot Map for
reference. The hot spot near Aberdeen has been visible for some time
in the night time views and is probably not a fire.
A new hot spot is visible at the top center of this image. It was barely
detectable on last night's channel 3 image.
