Step 1
  • Use the SPECTROGRAM DATE CHOICE form to select the date of interest.
  • Once the date has been chosen, click on the CONTINUE button to go to the next step of the process.
Step 2
  • On the SPECTROGRAM FOR DATE page, use the control panel on the left to change the settings for the production of the spectrogram.
  • Click on UPDATE to update the display with the settings you chose. If the time period you chose does not contain data, the program will look for the next available time period for that day.
  • Click on PREVIOUS to view a spectrogram of the previous block of available data.
  • Click on NEXT to view a spectrogram of the next block of available data.
  • Smaller images will reduce waiting time to load the image. You can use a larger image for the final display.
  • Image may be saved to your local hard disk by right clicking on it and selecting the Save Image As ... for Netscape or Save Picture As... for Microsoft Internet Explorer option. Make sure you enter a PNG (Portable Netwrok Graphics) image name. The Save Image window will display a file name that is strange, enter your own file name, ending it with '.png'.
  • NOTE: On some systems/browsers, whenever the produced image is redrawn (open frame in new window, resizing the window,clicking the BACK Button, Save Image, etc.), the image may have to be recreated again. Please limit your usage of these options to get maximum performance of this service.
Additional Buttons
  • The HOME button will return you to the Spectrogram Home Page.
  • The NEW DAY button will return you to the DATE CHOICE page.
  • The HELP button will open an additional help window.
