*Notes on EPE 1-Day Rate Plots:
The 1-day EPE plots consist of 5 panels.
Each panel shows 20-sec., sector-averaged, count rates for the channels (top to bottom):
L2: Ions (Z>=1), 220 - 800 keV
L1: Ions (Z>=1), 50 - 220 keV
F: Ions + Electrons, >15 keV
L7: Electrons, 30 - 100 keV
L8: Electrons, 100 - 200 keV
