Feb 5 1998 - The Recordmode data has been reprocessed to include the
	     following changes

		1) EPOCH time fixed - Make the definition to be
				      seconds since J2000
		2) Ephemeris block - New ephemeris block is added

		3) Magnetic field - The magnetic field is now
				    despun with AACS spin angle 
				    instead of the twist angle so
				    to be consistent with MAG team
				    data.
		4) RATE data - The rate data is also despun with
				with AACS spin angle instead of
				the twist angle.
				

March 6 1998 - Reprocessing was done to populate the AACS RA and
	       and DEC with the correct value.


March 31 1998 - Reprocessing was done to ephemeris data file to fix
	        the corotation vector and the system III magnetic dipole
		value


July 28 1998 - Reprocessing was done to fix the spacecraft coordinate vectors
	      (See problem report 1131)
