EPD Data During Earth 2 Flyby
Data was collected for 43 days during the Earth Flyby. Predefined plots
and files have been created in the formats desired by
the investigators. Other investigations will require that you download
the HDF file and process it using desktop tools such as IDL or Transform.
1 - Standard Summary Plots
- Angle/Angle Plots(TBD)
- Angle/Angle plots are color plots of rate channel counts where the number
of counts is represented by a color and the x and y axis are sector
angle and elevation angle respectively. Overlaying the plots are pitch
angle contours of 20, 60, 90, and 120 degrees.
- Rate Channels A0,A1,A2,A4,A5, and
E0 with 8 hours on each plot.
- LEMMS Spectra and Channel Anisotropy Plots(TBD)

3 - Files in other formats

- These files contain four columns:
1)Time of day in seconds, 2) Sector, 3) Motor Position, and 4) Pitch Angle
