Both the images produced here, and the numerical values calculated (e.g., polar cap flux) may be freely used by other scientists, and by the general public for private purposes. When OVATION results are included in any publication (scientific or general press), the authors should include an acknowledgment to JHU/APL and the OVATION project. In most cases it would also be appropriate to acknowledge the source of the original data (the principal investigators of the individual instruments). It is not necessary or even appropriate to include additional co-authors merely because OVATION results are used.
