SDC Guest Account
A menu-driven GUEST account on the AMPTE/CCE SDC is available for running
interactive programs which display user-selected time intervals.
Among the displays available are:
- Plot of Ion Log Counts vs. Time & Look Angle (MEPA)
- Plot of Bx,By,Bz(GSM), B Magnitude, Theta, Phi (MAG)
- Plot of Plasma Wave data (0.1 - 178 kHz) (PWE)
- Plot of CCE spacecraft position
- Plot of IRM spacecraft position
- List of CCE spacecraft position & local time
- List of CCE apogee local time in 20-day increments
Data for instrument displays will be usually be off-line and will require a
RESTORE request, a function supported within the GUEST account, to be made
to an operator. Also available is the documentation which is also
available from within this home page.
This GUEST account is also available directly from either
- NSI/TCPIP (aka Internet) via telnet guest@ampvx2.jhuapl.edu
- NSI/DECnet (aka SPAN) via set host ampvx2
