We have arranged a block of 30 rooms for attendees of the ACE SWT and their guests at the Sheraton Columbia Hotel (approximately 5 miles from APL). The reserved rooms are for Sunday Nov 10 through Friday November 15 (departure). The block of rooms will be held until Oct 26, 2002. Please contact the hotel directly to make reservations before Oct 26, 2002 and identify yourself as a participant in the SUN/EARTH CONNECTION WORKSHOP GROUP in order to receive the preferred rate negotiated for members of the ACE SWT. The rooms have been booked in conjunction with the LWS meeting (which is the reason for the funny group name) that will follow the SWT.
